The first character we have to dress is Toby Clark. It calls for explosive reaction so we can conclude that it needed someone with action genre so I just casted Chad Pitt for the role. On the other hand, the role's outfit must be dark style because it is indicated that we needed something vampy.

For Toby Clark's role I chose the following outfit:
